Please allow 2-4 business days for order preparation. Each item is packed with care and intention.

Once your order has been shipped, please refer to the mail carrier for any issues with lost, damaged, or stolen items. Black Cat Haus, LLC is not responsible for any problems that arise after your order has been delivered to the mail carrier. You will need to contact them directly to file a claim.
